I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. English had always been my younger son’s most difficult subject. He has dyslexia and particular difficulties with written expression, and at one stage I was genuinely worried that he might struggle to pass his GCSE English.

Daniel was incredibly patient and took the time to understand how my son learns. He adapted his teaching to his needs and gave him practical strategies for organising his thoughts, approaching questions and expressing himself more effectively in writing. Over time, I saw a real improvement not only in his ability, but also in his confidence.

The results speak for themselves. My son went from working at around a Grade 4 to achieving a Grade 6 — an amazing result for a subject he had previously struggled with so much and had been close to failing.

I am incredibly grateful to Daniel for his patience, encouragement and commitment. He made a genuine difference to my son at a really important stage in his education, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him, particularly to parents of children who struggle with English or have dyslexia.
