Parents & Students

Tutor Applicants (Contractors)

We collect the following when you apply:

  • Identity & Contact: Name, email (university email if a student), profile photo.

  • Education & Qualifications: Degree details (university, subject, classification or predicted), secondary/pre-university qualifications (subjects, grades), student card or degree certificate.

  • Experience & Suitability: Hours of tutoring experience, CV, provisional tutor bio (150–200 words), specialist academic interests, hobbies, clubs/societies, career plans.

  • Safeguarding & Compliance: DBS certification status, copy of DBS certificate.

Website Visitors

  • Technical data (cookies, analytics, browser/device info).

We only request information that is relevant to our services.

2. How We Use Information

  • To deliver tutoring services.

  • To assess tutor applications and maintain records of contractors.

  • To ensure safeguarding and legal compliance.
